RETURNS

We accept returns for all new, unused merchandise ordered on stylmartinus.com within 30 DAYS. Note that the returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns/Exchanges won't be accepted if received after 15 days the authorization emailed after the 30 days return period.

Please email us at info@stylmartinus.com before returning/exchanging any product(s).

All returns/exchanges must be in brand new condition, unused with all tags, original box and packaging. 

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for improper return shipping condition.

WARRANTY

One year Warranty from the date of purchase.

Stylmartin US offers a guarantee against defects in material and craftsmanship for all footwear purchased from authorized Stylmartin retailers in the USA.

For merchandise bought at one of our retailers, a proof of purchase must be sent to us with the warranty claim.

The warranty coverage has some limitations listed below.

• Wear and tear, including wear holes, snags and worn stitching.
• Failure to adequately maintain the product, including proper cleaning and leather conditioning.
• Alterations, modifications or repair work performed by anyone
• Products returned beyond the applicable warranty period, or used other than in the manner intended.
• Damage caused by chemical or other foreign body contamination.
• Cuts, abrasions, or damage resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or from other than normal and ordinary use of the product.
• Improper or inadequate fit (once footwear product has been worn/used).
