We accept returns on all new, unused items within 30 DAYS of delivery.

Returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FREE SIZE EXCHANGE

We offer free return shipping for size exchanges.

If you need a different size, simply contact us and we'll take care of it.

CONDITIONS

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• All tags must attached/included
• Please contact us before returning any item

IMPORTANT

Returns must be shipped within 15 days after authorization and within 30-day return window.

A 20% restocking fee may apply if items are returned in improper condition.

For returns from Canada customers are responsible for any applicable duties.

CLEARANCE / OPEN BOX

Clearance and open box items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

WARRANTY

One year Warranty from the date of purchase.

Stylmartin US offers a guarantee against defects in material and craftsmanship for all footwear purchased from authorized Stylmartin retailers in the USA.

For merchandise bought at one of our retailers, a proof of purchase must be sent to us with the warranty claim.

The warranty coverage has some limitations listed below.

• Wear and tear, including wear holes, snags and worn stitching.
• Failure to adequately maintain the product, including proper cleaning and leather conditioning.
• Alterations, modifications or repair work performed by anyone
• Products returned beyond the applicable warranty period, or used other than in the manner intended.
• Damage caused by chemical or other foreign body contamination.
• Cuts, abrasions, or damage resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or from other than normal and ordinary use of the product.
• Improper or inadequate fit (once footwear product has been worn/used).
